Shipping

Our orders are shipped with DHL gogreen.

Shipment will take place at the latest 2 – 3 working days after receipt of payment. 

You will receive the tracking number by e-mail to follow the shipment status.

Shipping costs:

Germany : 0,00 €            

EU: 14,00 €          

Rest of Europe: 29,00 €

All other countries: please contact us 

Returns:

mvdham GmbH will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. If you order a customised product and it is manufactured especially for you, the right of return expires, unless there are legitimate defects of the product. We therefore ask you to order consciously and deliberately.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Refunds will be remitted to the account used for payment. mvdham GmbH will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 

Warranty Returns

mvdham GmbH will honour any valid warranty claims as described in § 365 BGB, provided a claim is submitted within 24 months of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect mvdham GmbH to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
