All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany, with DHL GoGreen.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

Shipping within the European Union
Due to recent changes in European packaging regulations, shipping to EU countries outside Germany is currently not available through our online shop.

International

International shipping is currently available to selected destinations. Available shipping countries will be shown at checkout.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please contact us at mail@mvdham.com before sending your item back.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please note that personalised or custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal where they are made to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In the case of an order consisting of several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

Electronic Withdrawal Function
We are currently implementing an electronic withdrawal function on our website. Until this function is available, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at mail@mvdham.com or by sending us a written notice to the address provided above.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
