Jan is 185cm and normally wears MEDIUM or LARGE. For us he wears the Anorak in M (Stone), L (Bronze) and XL (Black).

Description & Features

This ANORAK is our first UNISEX model. It´s not too long, not too short it just fits everybody and is made for you all.              UNISEX INFO: Women should choose one size smaller than they normally have and men just select their regular size.

The cut of this ANORAK is straight and ends at the thigh. The sleeve width is normal, but it is cut 2 cm longer than usual, which is practical when cycling. The hood is large enough to wear a helmet underneath and has an invisible cord system for adjustment. We use high-quality YKK metal zips for the front zip and the side pockets also have zips. Inside the anorak there is a patch pocket and a pocket with a zip for your important belongings.

Material

100% cotton, windproof, water-repellent

We use the fascinating technical natural fabric EtaProof® / Ventile® made from 100% cotton for this ANORAK. It is 100% windproof, breathable and waterproof to a certain degree. It is perfect for our technical needs in the city, as it withstands the weather and protects us particularly well from the wind.

Particularly long-staple cotton fibres are used in its manufacture. This cotton is spun into a strong and tear-resistant yarn and then woven with two strands of yarn in weft and warp to create the exceptional Etaproof®/Ventile® fabric. The result is a fabric that is strong and tear-resistant, durable, windproof and water-repellent without any chemical treatment or coating.

EtaProof

Please follow these simple care instructions to ensure continuous natural performance from EtaProof fabrics.

Not suitable for machine wash

  • gently brush or sponge of any dirt
  • handwash with care using pure liquid soap
  • do not use any softening agent
  • rinse twise in lukewarm water
  • re-shape the garment on a hanger
  • avoid direct sunlight
  • iron carefully on a warm setting -> this process re-activates the DWR treatment

After several washes your garment will require re-proofing. Please consult mvdham for further advice. This care instruction is to be regarded as recommendation without guarantee of success, since proper care and responsibility must be left to discretion of the processor/user based on the circumstances of each individual case.
